Who We Are

WCH is a non-profit facilitator of low income housing. We provide housing for low and very low income individuals with an emphasis on fixed income individuals such as senior citizens. We maintain a sustainable approach by receiving an economic contribution from each individual. In addition, the individuals create a positive community by also volunteering with chores and moral.

How We Do It

WCH model revolves around 30 individual contributions, which approximate $550 per/month. Contributions provide; room and board, and a proven on site management system, which operates in the black.

WCH understands low income housing and how to provide a sustainable approach that operates in the black. Our experiences, allow WCH to manage the cluster home into a properly balanced community

What Is Next

To meet the needs of the growing burden on our cities for adequate housing West Coast Housing is currently remodeling our present location. We also have a very ambitious goal to open two new state of the art cluster homes of approximately fifteen units, thirty beds each, this year. Current funding is provided by gifts and donations from private and corporate means. Such as Granite Construction, Albertson’s, Trader Joe’s, Holden’s Drywall, Locus Street Securities and others.
